Our Story
Why Lusso exists
Lusso was founded 8 years ago, but its real beginning goes back much further — to twenty-five years of hands-on construction, on sites across the GTA, learning how buildings actually come together and, just as importantly, how they fail when someone cuts a corner no one will see for a decade.
Our founder, Ravi Mundi, worked his way up from the tools to management before starting Lusso — not because the industry needed another contractor, but out of a genuine love for the construction and design world, and a conviction that clients deserved better: one team that could take a project from the first sketch and the first permit application all the way to the final coat of paint, without ever compromising on how the work is done.
The name is Italian for luxury — and we mean it the old way. Not gold taps for their own sake, but the quiet luxury of a home where every door closes softly, every line is true, and everything behind the walls is as considered as everything in front of them.

The industry norm is one year. We warranty our work for five, because we never leave a site unfinished or with defects — a commitment that is easy to print and hard to earn, which is exactly why we put it in writing.

Leadership
Ravi Mundi, Founder
Ravi brings 25 years of construction experience and 10 years of 3D-scanning expertise to every Lusso project. He came up through the industry the long way — on site, through the trades, into management — before founding Lusso out of a genuine passion for building and design.
That path shapes how the company runs today. Ravi still walks the sites, still reads the drawings line by line, and still holds every project to the same test: would I stand behind this in my own home? If the answer is not an immediate yes, it gets rebuilt until it is.
His decade of 3D-scanning work — rare among builders — is why documentation and precision run so deep in Lusso's process, and why the firm has been early to technologies like 3D-printed construction that most contractors are still reading about.
