Luxury Kitchens
The most-lived-in room in the house, designed and built to the millimetre.
No room rewards precision like a kitchen. Cabinet reveals, stone seams, appliance integration, lighting layers — everything is on display at eye level, every day. We design and build kitchens as a single service, so the person detailing the cabinetry drawings is accountable to the person installing them.
Every Lusso kitchen is built around quality cabinetry — and by quality we mean the whole cabinet, not just the door you see. Plywood boxes that hold their fasteners and shrug off moisture rather than particleboard that sags; solid, smooth-running doors and drawers; hardware that stays quiet for years; and finishes that are chosen, not settled for. That standard holds at every price.
What changes between an affordable luxury kitchen and a fully custom one is scope, not quality. An affordable luxury kitchen works within standardized sizing and a curated range of finishes and features. A custom luxury kitchen is drawn and made for your walls and your ceiling height from beginning to end, with finishes from hand-sprayed lacquers to natural veneers and stone. Either way the layout comes first: work zones, sightlines, and storage planned around your actual routine rather than a showroom template.
And for clients who want it, we build smart kitchens: motorized and hidden storage, appliance automation, layered lighting scenes, and clever uses of space that keep the room calm and uncluttered — the machinery disappears, the craftsmanship stays visible.

Common Questions
Luxury Kitchens — FAQs
What does a kitchen cost?
An affordable luxury kitchen runs roughly $15,000 to $60,000 — standardized sizing, finishes, and features, built with plywood boxes and quality hardware. Smaller condo and galley kitchens sit at the lower end. A custom luxury kitchen starts around $60,000 and runs to $250,000 or beyond, drawn and built to your space from beginning to end. Cabinetry, stone, and appliances move the number more than anything else, and whether walls are moving changes the project entirely. We would rather see the space than guess.
Does "affordable luxury" mean lower quality?
No. It means standardized rather than lesser. The cabinet boxes are plywood — the same highest-quality construction we use in a fully custom kitchen, not particleboard or an MDF carcass. The hardware is simpler than the top of the line but solid and built to last, and the finishes are chosen from the more common, readily available options rather than specified one-off. The savings come from working within standard sizes, not from cutting quality. If your layout already works and your ceiling heights are standard, it is often the smarter buy.
What does a "smart kitchen" actually include?
Whatever serves you — commonly motorized lift-up storage, appliances integrated behind cabinetry, sensor and scene-based lighting, and charging or media built invisibly into the millwork. We design the automation into the cabinetry from day one, so it works seamlessly rather than being bolted on.
How long does a full kitchen project take?
Plan for roughly 4 to 8 weeks of design and cabinetry lead time, then 4 to 8 weeks of construction depending on scope — longer if walls are moving or the renovation extends beyond the kitchen. We give you a real schedule before demolition starts.
Can you renovate the kitchen as part of a larger project?
Absolutely — many of our kitchens are built inside larger renovations, additions, or new homes. Because we deliver the whole project, the kitchen is coordinated with the rest of the build rather than squeezed in around it.
