Lusso is unusual: we are both a building contractor and an interior designer. That dual identity changes how we design. Every material we specify, we have installed; every detail we draw, we know how to build. The result is design with no gap between the rendering and the finished room.
For residential clients, we design complete interiors — space planning, material and finish palettes, millwork and cabinetry design, lighting, and the fine detailing that gives a home its character. For commercial clients, we design interiors that carry a brand: showrooms, restaurants, offices, and learning spaces.
You can engage our design studio on its own, or as the first phase of a design-build project where the same team carries the concept through construction to the final styled reveal. Either way, the design decisions are grounded in real budgets and real buildability from the first sketch.

Can we hire you for design only?
Yes. Some clients engage us for design and take the drawings to their own contractor; others start with design and continue with us into construction. The design package is complete and buildable either way.
How is designing with a builder different from a design firm?
Every decision is tested against cost and constructability as it is made, not after. You will not fall in love with a concept that later gets "value-engineered" beyond recognition — what we present is what can actually be built, at a price we can stand behind.
