We listen first, then translate your vision into drawings, materials, budgets, and permits. Every approval is secured before a hammer swings — so the build starts on solid ground.

Our own team carries the plans through structure, systems, and finishes — properly, fully to code, and documented at every milestone, including 3D scans of what goes inside your walls.

Finish & Hand Over

Do you handle building permits?
Yes — completely. Design drawings, permit applications, municipal approvals, and every inspection along the way are part of our end-to-end service. You sign one contract and deal with one team from the first sketch to the final sign-off.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in North York and serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Etobicoke, Vaughan, Markham, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Caledon, Acton, and Durham Region.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Lusso Design Group Inc. is licensed and fully insured, carrying $2 million in general liability coverage. Documentation is available to every client before work begins.
What warranty do you offer?
Every project is backed by our written 5-year workmanship warranty — five times the 1-year industry standard. We stand behind our work because we build it to be stood behind.
How long does a typical project take?
A kitchen typically runs 4–8 weeks of construction, a full home renovation 3–6 months, and an addition 4–8 months. A custom home runs roughly 12–18 months of design and construction — plan for 18–24 months end-to-end from first conversation to move-in. You receive a realistic schedule before construction starts, and we keep it visible throughout.
Do you take on both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We build custom homes, renovations, and additions for homeowners, and complete build-outs for retail showrooms, restaurants, offices, and education facilities — all with the same team and the same finish standard.
