Distillery District Condo Renovation

A full cosmetic renovation of a 1,300 sq ft, two-storey condo in Toronto's Distillery District, reimagined to match the owners' vision for a cleaner, more refined home. Across both floors we replaced all of the flooring, rebuilt all three bathrooms, and renewed the kitchen with new cabinetry, backsplash, and appliances. The home was repainted throughout, a custom fireplace feature wall with built-in cabinetry and shelving was added as the living space's focal point, and a new dropped ceiling brought pot lighting to every room — elevating the entire condo with a bright, current, and cohesive feel.
