Luxury Renovations
From moving one wall to gutting the whole floor plan — renovation done properly, without shortcuts.
Renovation is where discipline shows. Behind every beautiful finished room is a hundred decisions about structure, mechanicals, moisture, and sequencing — and a renovation only stays beautiful if those decisions were made correctly. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, whether it is refinishing a single space or taking a property back to the studs.
We handle complete and partial renovations for both residential and commercial spaces: reconfigured layouts, structural wall removals, new flooring throughout, full gut renovations, and everything in between. Existing buildings always hold surprises; twenty-five years of construction experience means very few of them surprise us.
Every renovation is finished the way it should be — to code, inspected, and detailed to the last piece of trim. We do not leave sites unfinished, and we do not paper over defects. That commitment is backed in writing by our 5-year warranty.

Common Questions
Renovations — FAQs
Do I need a permit for my renovation?
It depends on the scope. Structural changes, most plumbing and electrical work, and additions require permits in Ontario; purely cosmetic work generally does not. We assess this at the start and handle every required permit and inspection ourselves — it is included in the service.
Can we live in the home during the renovation?
Often, yes — for partial renovations we seal off work zones with dust barriers and sequence the work to keep the rest of the home livable. For full gut renovations it is usually faster and more economical to vacate. We will give you an honest recommendation either way.
What if you find problems behind the walls?
Older GTA homes regularly reveal outdated wiring, hidden moisture, or improvised past work. When we find something, we document it, price the correction transparently, and fix it properly — we will not close a wall over a known defect.
